Designation
Girolle Communications, a company based in Sherbrooke, Quebec, Canada, is working with the public, governments, political parties, associations and organizations to help implement the structural reforms needed to improve the living conditions of the population, to fight against poverty and underdevelopment by endogenous means. Girolle Communications offers several services:
Location
Conferences held in Canada are organized in a congress center or an International hotel. The location and the dates are displayed with every event. The motivational conferences, expertise and training are organized by the applicants in countries and locations chosen by them with the agreement of Girolle Communications but all the conditions of security and facilities must be met. Our books are generally published in Canada but they can also be published in other countries according to the circumstances. Books are sold from Canada or from other countries.
Registration and payment
The registration for a conference in Canada or abroad is done by the internet or by contacting us on the website of Girolle Communications. The payment is made by all means available on our website or by bank transfer to the account of Girolle Communications at Royal Bank of Canada or any other bank where we have an account or any other bank that can accept a transfer to our bank account. In this case, the transfer fees are on the payer’s charge. To make a payment by another means, please contact us before proceeding. No conference registration is accepted without payment of the total amount required.
For motivational conferences and training, the invoice will be issued upon request, taking into account all the necessary information. The total amount of the invoice including all fees must be paid before the coming of the speaker. For expertise, especially expertise in the medium and long terms, terms accepted by both parties must be fixed for payments. Without a payment at due time, Girolle Communications can suspend or terminate the contract and start legal proceedings to recover its due plus damages.
Payment for the purchase of a book is made through internet according to the price required on the site. Delivery is made by regular mail to the address specified by the customer. The price includes shipping to any destination in Canada. The customer who wishes to accelerate or track his mail must pay additional charges. If regular mail charges for destinations outside Canada are in similar limits as the shipping cost in Canada or in a tolerable limits for Girolle Communications, the books will be sent free of additional charges. Otherwise, if shipping to a country outside Canada are too high, additional charges may be applied, and the client will be informed. The e-Book comes with no additional cost.
Cost of services
The cost of a conference organized in Canada is displayed with every conference. Usually we offer two prices. First, the price of the conference and essential services offered for a good conference and second, the all-in price. In the all-in price, we have on top of the conference, the hotel, the transportation from the airport to your hotel round trip, the breakfast and lunch for the duration of the conference. All details are given when the conference is displayed.
The price of motivational conferences, training and expertise upon customer’s invitation, will be fixed for each event. The price usually includes the cost of the conference, travel, accommodation and insurance. Please contact Girolle Communications for this purpose.
Additional services
For the conferences held in Canada, depending on the organization and the participation terms, some services may be offered to participants namely a free urban transport service for the duration of the conference, a tour by bus to better appreciate the city, plans and directions of the important places and restaurants. A hyperlink could be available on our website to book one’s room in the hotel where the conference is held.
Term of payment
Every participant must pay the complete registration fee before his registration is validated. Those who choose the all-in rate must commit to give their flight plan (company and date and time of arrival at Montreal Airport and departure date) as soon as possible and at least two weeks before their arrival in Canada.
The books will be shipped only if all the costs including expeditions if applicable, are totally paid.
Cancellation
The participant who cancels his participation between 12 months and 6 months from the beginning of the conference, loses 30% of its registration fee. Between 6 months and 3 months, he loses 55% of his registration fee. Any cancellation within 3 months from the beginning of the conference is allowed and any refund is possible. Before paying the balance after a cancellation to a participant, an alternative conference can be offered. Girolle Communications suggests to all participants to take out all the necessary insurances for the period of the conference.
Disputes
In case of disputes relating to the execution of this contract or its interpretation, the Court of the City of Sherbrooke is the only competent to decide.
Special Provisions
Chanterelle Communications warrants that it has the capacity to provide all the services described in this contract in collaboration with its service partners.
Girolle Communications don’t offer entry visa in Canada and will not intervene with the Canada Immigration authorities for the benefit of a participant. If your registration is paid, Girolle Communications will send you an official letter of invitation to the conference.
Any participant who registers and pays for a conference and the services offered, declares have read and understood this contract and approves it.
A copy of this contract is filled in Sherbrooke Court.
